Moderate tart, rich and earthy flavor. Complements salads, fruits and meats. Pairs well with Basil, Chipotle, Hojiblanca, Garlic, and White Truffle Oil. Great on Cantaloupe or Honeydew Melon sprinkled with minced Prosciutto and Parmesan.
