This jam brings together spring rhubarb and Michigan-grown Balaton cherries for a bold, fruit-forward flavor that doesn’t hold back. The cherries add depth and a touch of richness that highlights rhubarb’s natural tang, making this a fun twist on the more traditional rhubarb-strawberry combo. We love it stirred into yogurt, spread on toast, or paired with a sharp cheddar or blue cheese. It’s a jam that plays well with others, but is strong enough to stand on its own. Handmade in small batches in our downtown Grand Rapids, MI kitchen, using Michigan grown fruit.
