Email me your size preference: thepasturage@gmail.com and I'll get you what you want. Delivered frozen to WMFL. They are without the heart, liver, gizzards, feet or necks. Order those separately. I roasted *from frozen* a 2024 turkey on Oct. 12, 2025 for our turkey tour that we host on the farm. I was amazed at how moist and delicious it was... and even more amazed that everyone else agreed with me! I highly recommend putting the turkey in the oven as a block of ice. Our turkeys are Standard American Bronze, Signature Black or Broad Breasted White. If you find dark pin feathers, it wasn't white! They are moved daily on pasture and supplemented with Certified Organic grain. USDA slaughter. Pastured meat tends to cook 20% faster due to the lower ratio of omega 6:3 (just like olive oil smokes faster than vegetable shortening). Use a meat thermometer and pull poultry at 157*F then rest for 15-30 mins for moist, tender and flavorful turkey.
