Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that this sausage is not up to our usual standard. We're getting more pork so we need the room in the freezer. Hence, the sale. Bulk version of the traditional Mexican sausage. Bulk packed into 1# tubes with a range of 0.8-1.4#/pack. . Ingredients: pork, chili pepper, salt, spices, garlic powder, spice extractives. *No sweetener. Pigs are fed certified organic grain, raised outside on pasture, heritage breed.
