About Us
We grow delicious, beautiful, healthy vegetables for our family, friends, and neighbors in Byron Center, MI and the surrounding Grand Rapids area. We use responsible and sustainable growing practices because we love our neighbors, the earth, and good food. We grow over 40 different kinds of vegetables and greens.
Kessler Family Farm is situated on 15 acres of beautiful, black, mucky soil on 92nd St. in Byron Center. We are truly a family endeavor, involving multiple generations…parents, children, grandparents, siblings, and close friends…with everyone from the largest to the smallest lending a hand and learning along the way.
Our Practices
USDA Certified Organic. In growing all our vegetables, we subscribe to the philosophy of less is more. So, we grow everything WITHOUT the use of any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, or any other chemicals or sprays that might compromise the quality, health, and taste of our vegetables.
