About Us
We are a local, family-owned micro-roaster committed to providing the freshest roasted coffee in West Michigan. We opened our doors in 2007 and have continuously roasted coffee in the 100+ year old Johnson Furniture factory location at the corner of Hall & Godfrey. Our tea is sourced by a world recognized authority on specialty teas. As such, we sell a variety of the finest specialty teas from around the world. We purchase frequently & in small lots to keep the teas fresh.
Ingredients We Use
100% Specialty Grade Arabica Coffee (No Robusta EVER)
Tea: All tea comes from the same plant, camellia sinensis, which is native to Asia, but is grown around the world in tropical and subtropical areas. With over 3,000 varieties, tea is the most consumed beverage in the world after water. The various flavor profiles of teas arise from different processing methods, growing conditions and geography. In general, teas have approximately 50% less caffeine than coffee. Teas can be divided into six major categories: black, green, oolong, white, puerh and dark tea. Herbals (or tisanes) are drinks that are made from plants other than camellia sinensis, such as chamomile, peppermint, and hibiscus.

Select Single Origin & Premium Specialty Blend coffees. We have additional coffees that are not listed on this site and we can grind your coffee at no additional charge.
In addition, we offer gourmet flavored coffees such as Hazelnut, French Vanilla, English Toffee, Coconut, Highlander Grogg, and Cinnamon.
