About Us

Country Dairy is a 4th generation family owned and operated centennial farm that has been processing and bottling milk in West Michigan since 1983. We are a producer-handler, which means that we own and control the process — from our herd of registered Holsteins to our modern processing plant. By doing this, we provide you some of the freshest and best tasting Farmstead Cheese!

Cheese- 100% rBST (Bovine Growth Hormone) FREE, Country Dairy milk, cheese cultures, enzymes, salt

Our Practices

Cheese- We make our Farmstead Cheese right here on the farm with super fresh milk from our cows. We use only our own rBST-free milk which goes from the cow to the old-world style cheese vat within 24 hours, ensuring that every batch of cheese is of the highest quality and freshness. Hand-crafted attention to detail, natural ingredients, natural aging, and some of the best quality milk available make our cheese a consistent and delicious experience.

Beef- Our goal is to produce lean beef that tastes exceptionally good! Our hand-selected bull calves are raised on our beef farm, separate from the dairy herd. Our beef steers are on a grain-fed diet that produces a high quality, tender and flavorful beef.
